This demo shows the handling of an administrative inquiry to the office of a German state government that grants special permissions for Sunday labor. In this case you can see how relevant documents, information and even regulatory context is provided though the gateway pane on the basis of an email inquiry. The administrator never has to leave the office application to respond to the inquiry and only those informations are provided that are relevant to the workflow, such as past inquiries by the same company, contacts, forms, arreas, etc.
