We are a technology start up incorporated in Switzerland with offices in Ireland, Germany and the US.
The company's founder and Chairman is Dr.-Ing. Karl-Heinz Sternemann, PhD, eng. Dr.-Ing. Sternemann studied mechanical engineering and worked in a number of senior positions in the industry. His doctorate title was "Team Information Systems - A contribution to information delivery in decentralized structures." He was a researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Technology (wbk) at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) in Germany. His research focused on formal & informal communication, enterprise modeling with simulation and optimization with Petri nets and nature analogue algorithms. Dr.-Ing. Sternemann later founded
BizT@lk AG, where he has remained a board member. He is a Microsoft MVP (Most Valued Professional) Solution Architect, and affiliated to the office of the CTO, Microsoft Corp. in Redmond, Washington.
